Pertschy Palais Hotel - Vienna

This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Positive, The location is near the Hofburg, just steps from the pedestrian center and the cathedral. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast options were generous. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our bags after checkout. A fantastic experience 😊

There was no air-conditioning. it was declared so. We were ready for it.

The classic queen room was brand-new, good bed. The staff were really helpful people. Its location right at Graben was excellent. There were a main shopping street and shopping streets around the hotel.

The absence of air conditioning makes for sweltering nights!!! The narrow, confusing balcony corridors leave much to be desired for comfort and accessibility. Inconsistent room quality can really dampen the experience!!!

A charming escape in the city

Stepping into the Pertschy Palais Hotel was like traveling back in time, with its elegant 18th-century architecture. The friendly staff made our mornings brighter with their attentive service and the delectable breakfast buffet kept us energized for our day. The central location allowed us to easily explore historical attractions, capturing the essence of Vienna.

The bathroom in our Classic Double Room felt cramped and dated were nice. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. The lack of air conditioning was good, but the charm of the hotel made it easier to bear.

Location is excellent.

No facility for making yourself a tea or a coffee in the rooms .Very grumpy night porter.

The location makes it easy to stroll to historic sites, while also offering a peaceful retreat on a quiet street. The breakfast featured local, fresh products and an excellent variety that was great. Navigating to the rooms through an outdoor area felt a bit awkward, and the need for a key to lock the door at all times added some inconvenience. The exterior could use some maintenance and a touch-up.

The Pension was right in the heart of Vienna within walking distance of nearly all the sights. The room was in a very quiet courtyard, so you couldn't barely hear the street sounds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; there was a free computer; the breakfast was an enormous delicious buffet. If I go to Vienna again, I will definitely stay there.
